Service Levels

TKSS is committed to delivering value to our clients in the form of  activity, opportunities, and, most importantly, revenue.  To meet our clients' expectations and help our clients align their sales goals with their budget, TKSS offers three different service levels which represent levels of focus and commitment by the TKSS team to each client we serve.  The service levels we offer are:

  • “Full Time” (one-to-one relationship client to sales executive)
  • “Half-time” (two-to-one relationship clients to sales executive)
  • “Incremental” (three-to-one mapping clients to sales executive)

All three service levels include a monthly retainer and a back-end “Success Fee” on sales revenue generated.

Additionally, while TKSS is not an "executive search firm", our understanding of the federal  marketplace and broad portfolio of contacts often gives us a unique visibility to potential candidates who may be a good fit for open sales and pre-sales positions.  To this end, TKSS will occassionally provide assistance in recruiting to our clients, helping make the connection between hiring managers and candidates.  This capability is most beneficial when we are serving clients in an interim capacity, where we are driving activity and creating revenue opportunities that enable us to clearly see what traits and skills are a "best fit".
